This led to data integrity concerns due to the increased risk of human error. The slow and inefficient manual process hindered the organization’s ability to make timely, well-informed business decisions based on the most up-to-date certificate information.

OCR Solution for Data Extraction: ThoughtMinds developed an ‘Optical Character Recognition’ (OCR) solution to address the key challenge of recording various product certificate formats. The ‘Smart Data Pull’ feature of OCR was used to identify and extract specific data fields from certificates, even if it is in different formats, layouts or structures.

• Increased Accuracy to 98%: As a result of the combined power of OCR, intelligent workflows, and error detection, ThoughtMinds was able to achieve a remarkable 98% accuracy rate in processing certificate data.
