Rinish is responsible for overall strategy and vision at ThoughtMinds. Rinish is a strong believer in the power of AI to bring extra-ordinary productivity to enterprises and human lives.
Prior to ThoughtMinds, Rinish was a co-founder and CTO at RapidValue, a leading digital technology services and solutions firm, boot-strapping and later raising venture funding from Helion Ventures, to build a 600+ people firm with global operations, and sold the firm successfully to Aspire Systems, a leading technology services firm. Rinish advised a number of CIOs and CTOs of large Fortune 500 firms and marquee bay area product firms with their technology and product strategy.
Prior to this, Rinish worked at leading firms like Neilson Media, Wipro and Oracle in multiple product engineering roles.
Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder
Samrat is responsible for guiding the growth for ThoughtMinds across various markets working closely with customers and the sales organization. Samrat is a thought leader in the B2B selling space and is a chief evangelist of the SalesMindsTM – our AI powered knowledge partner for sales teams.
Prior to ThoughtMinds, Samrat was the Founder and CEO of NovaVente – a leading Sales Outsourcing organization serving leading technology companies running sales campaigns across Europe and APAC regions. Here he worked with leading CXOs driving their growth strategies and executing them by setting up large go to market teams. He has spent most of his working career in the European market driving growth for Tier 1 software solutions companies.
Samrat is an MBA from IIM, Calcutta and an engineer from University of Mumbai.

Prior to founding RapidValue, Rajesh worked with Deloitte Consulting in the bay area, helping large enterprises adopt technology.
